I created this image partly to test out VUE and mostly because I plan on printing it and giving it as a present to my Mom.

The windmill was built and textured the in trueSpace and imported it to VUE. A few tries later and several HOURS of render time and this is the result.

Photorealism is one of my goals. I think I'm getting there.

What? No 50ft tall mech stomping around? No rain of fire and death everywhere? Slacker! Get back to work and make me pictures of destruction! I need to have flash backs of the middle east so I can never work again and get free money! Looks great Liz. That is very nice.

Good job. Vue's definitely awesome for vegetation and it only takes seconds to make a nice image with the default plants. (then comes the long part - rendering :P)

I didn't realize people still used Truespace...I started out with version 2 and used all the versions up to 7, but once I used Max, I couldn't go back to TS or Gamespace anymore. You seem to be putting it to some good use.
