After hours of work on this model, and the quick texture I did here: [link] I finally re-textured the Dire Wolf. I added more detail and spent a bit more time than the three procedural maps I used before.

That's awesome!. Its the best Dire Wolf 3d model I have seen so far, at least when it comes to the classic TRO type and not the Mech 4 style. Great detailing. Very nice. The 'humerus' part of the upper arm seems rather too thin though.

MechWarrior 4 designs seemed more for maximizing polygon counts in a game rather than staying true to the TRO. The artists also probably had a bit of leeway in their design mods.

That's really interesting, such a different paintjob to the original texture but works very well! Must've been an extremely complicated skin to position, I'm extremely impressed :nod:
